When One Machine Does It All
The SOLUS CST series is designed to tackle even the most demanding sludge suction and pressure washing tasks. With a thoughtful design, powerful pumps and simple operation, the CST series makes your workday easier. Available in 8, 10, 12 and 15 m³ - where 8 and 10 m³ are single-axle, while 12 and 15 m³ come with tandem or boogie axle for optimal weight distribution and stability.
A Solid Core
Durable base machine
SOLUS CST is built to last. The robust, fully galvanized construction ensures a long service life and protection against corrosion. The tank has a diameter from Ø 1570 to 1900 mm and is equipped with hose shelves on both sides and the option to mount galvanized wire baskets and tool cabinets for equipment storage. At the rear, the CST series is equipped with a top-hung hydraulic tailgate that opens and closes hydraulically and is equipped with hydraulic tensioning for watertight and safe closing. A spill tray and unloading valves can also be added for extra safety.
Flexible function
From Sludge Extractor to Spooler in a simple way
SOLUS CST is a sludge suction and high-pressure washer in one machine. It can easily be converted to be used exclusively as a washer by using optional switching valves. The machine is extremely versatile and can be adapted to different tasks. Additional couplings and valves can be fitted as needed, and hoses from 1/4″ to 5/4″ can be rolled up on hose reels that are available in both single- and dual-chamber variants.

The driveline can be customized as needed. The vacuum pump can be driven by the tractor PTO or hydraulics (LS), while the mud pump is driven by the tractor hydraulics (LS). An electric clutch can be added to deactivate the vacuum pump during operation. The scavenge pump is activated electro-hydraulically via radio control or manual levers at the easily accessible hydraulic valve.

Customize to your needs
The tanks on SOLUS CST are divided into clean water and sludge tanks, and often divided as shown below:
- CST8.0: 2,000 liters of clean water / 6,000 liters of sludge
- CST10.0: 2,000 liters of clean water / 8,000 liters of sludge
- CST12.0: 2,000 liters of clean water / 10,000 liters of sludge
- CST15.0: 2,000 liters of clean water / 13,000 liters of sludge
There is the option to choose a customized division depending on your needs. A manual switching valve can also be added to connect the sludge and clean water chamber so that the cart can be filled with clean water only.
Hose reels
Effective Solutions for Sludge Suction and Flushing
SOLUS CST offers flexible hose reels that can be adapted to different tasks and needs. All solutions come with remote control for easy operation. Choose the solution that best suits your task:
- 3″ Horizontal roller (30m): Ideal for smaller jobs.
- 3 1/2" Horizontal roller (27m): Flexible for medium-sized jobs.
- 4" Horizontal roller (approx. 15m): Optimal for larger jobs with higher capacity.
Loading arm and crane
Efficient handling of hoses and equipment
- Single Loading Arm for Horizontal Reel (Hydraulic Side Swing, approx. 90°): For easy handling of hoses.
- Loading arm for horizontal rollers with hydraulic extension (approx. 180° sideshift and 2m extension): More flexible and precise work.
- Top-mounted loader crane: Increased stability and easy access to larger hoses and equipment.
The loader cranes are available in 5", 8" and 10" versions.
The loading arms and crane are top-mounted at the rear right in the direction of travel, all easily operated with radio control or joystick.
